swept through Burleson County, receiving 2,687 votes (83%) and far
eclisping Libertarian Thomen's 563 votes (17%).
District-wide, Cynthia
recevied a mandate to serve with 70% of the vote.

Tim Kleinschmidt

Burleson County, Tim
received 2087 votes (47%), but just not enough to defeat
entrenched
Democrat opponnet Robby Cook's 2244 votes (51%).
District-wide the margins were heatbreakingly close with Tim
being only 418 votes short out of 40,130 votes cast.
Steve Ogden
State Senator, District 5
Steve's
popularity in Burleson County was evident in his receiving the highest
number of votes cast for any candidate: 2,890 votes (65%),
more than doubling his nearest opponent, Democrat Wyman's 1,433 votes
(32%). Libertarian Grear managed 108 votes (2%).
District-wide, Steve received an overwhelming 61% of the vote.

Libertarian Howard mangaged 561 votes (17%).

swept through Burleson County with 2,638 votes (82%), far
eclipsing Libertarian Parker's 209 votes (18%).

Sharon Keller Presiding

easily carried Burleson County with 2,440 votes (59%).
Democrat Molina received 1,713 votes (41%).

vote.

Phil
stormed Burleson County with 2,632 votes (82%), far eclipsing
Libertarian Cookingham's 586 votes (18%). Statewide, Phil had
an exceptional mandate to serve with 76% of the vote.

Nathan Hecht Justice,
Supreme Court, Place 6

blasted through Burleson County, receiving 2,645 votes (82%).
Libertarian Phillippi garnered 578 votes (18%).
Statewide, Nathan had a truely exceptional mandate to serve
with 76% of the vote.

David M. Medina Justice,
Supreme Court, Place 4
David
stormed Burleson County, receiving 2,610 votes (81%). His
Libertarian opponent managed 630 votes (19%). Statewide,
David had a truely exceptional mandate to serve with 75% of the vote.

Don Willett Justice,
Supreme Court, Place 2
Don
carried Burleson County with good margins, recieving 2,197 votes (52%).
Democrat Moody trailed behind with 1,833 votes (44%) and
Libertarian Wilson garnered 158 votes (4%). Statewide, Don
had a strong lead in the three-way race with 51% of the vote.
Wallace

Chief Justice, Supreme Court (Unexpired Term)
Wallace stormed Burleson County with 2,683 votes (82%), far eclipsing
Libertarian Oxford's 584 votes (18%) or write-in Waterbury's 7 votes.
Statewide, Wallace recevied a truely exceptional mandate with
76% of the vote.

Elizabeth
easily carried Burleson County 2,365 votes (56%) of the vote in this
four-way race. Democrat Henry received 1,767 votes (41%) and
Libertarien Serrano managed 116 votes (3%). Statewide,
Elizabeth was strongly elected with 54% of the vote.

Commissioner of Agriculture
Todd
carried Burleson County with strong margins, receiving 2,376
votes (56%). Democrat Gilbert received 1,739 votes (41%) and
Libertarian Woolam garnered 142 votes (3%). Statewide, Todd
was strongly elected with 55% of the vote.

Jerry
Patterson Commissioner
of the General Land Office
Jerry
won Burleson County with excellent margins, receiving 2,423 votes
(57%). Democrat Hathcox got 1,655 votes (39%) and Libertarian
French manged 161 votes (4%). Statewide, Jerry was strongly
re-elected with 55% of the vote.

Susan
Combs
Comptroller of Public Accounts
Susan
won very strongly in Burleson County with 2,739 votes (63%).
Democrat Head garnered 1,499 votes (34%) and Libertarian
Burris 137 (3%). Statewide, Susan was resoundingly elected
with 59% of the vote.

Gregg
won strongly in Burleson County with 2,637 votes (61%), far eclipsing
Democrate Van Os's 1,549 votes (36%) and Libertarian Roland's 149 votes
(3%). Statewide, Gregg was overwhelmingly re-elected with 60%
of the vote.

David
won the three-way race in Burleson County with a resounding 2,730 votes
(62%). Democrat Alvarado garnered 1,468 votes (33%) and
Libertarian Baker 187 votes (5%). Statewide,
David was resoundingly re-elected with 58% of the vote.

Rick
won
the six-way govenor's race in Burleson County with 1837 votes (41%),
followed by Democrat Bell's 1178 votes. Independents
"Grandma"
Strayhorn received 912 votes and "Kinky" Friedman received
544 votes. Libertarian Werner received 26 votes and write-in
Dillon managed 1 vote. Statewide, Rick Perry won
with 39% of the vote.
United
States Offices

Michael
won Burleson County by a comfortable margin of 1780 voltes (54%) to
Democrat Ankrum's 1406 votes. District-wide he
maintained 55% of the vote.

Van Taylor for U.S.
Representative, District 17
Van's
378
votes (37%) in Burleson County trailed Democrat incumbent Chet
Edwards' 634 votes (63%). District wide, Van received 40% of
the vote.

Kay
easily
won Burleson County, garnering 2805 votes (66%) to Democrat Radnosky's
1451 votes. Statewide she received a strong 64% of the vote.
